S-Ventures PLC to list on the US OTCQB Venture Market

S-Ventures PLC commences OTCQB trading to increase liquidity for shareholders and to provide access for US shareholders through listing on the OTCQB Venture Market

S-Ventures PLC is announcing that its shares have been approved to trade on the OTCQB Venture Market (“OTCQB”) at the open on 26th May 2021 with ticker symbol SVTPF.

The Company believes that listing on the OTCQB will provide enhanced investor benefits, including easier access in the United States, and greater liquidity due to a broader reach of investors. A market maker has been appointed in the USA to support the new listing.
